    What are the operational hours of AURA SKYPOOL?

    We offer a wide variety of experiences each with different set timings: Rise with AURA – 6 am - 9 am Morning experience 10 am - 2 pm – Daily Afternoon experience 3 pm - 7 pm – Daily Evening Experience – 8 pm - 11 pm

    How far in advance may I secure my tickets for AURA?

    Reservations are open till end of September and all availability is live on our website. Reservation are open till the end of June 2025. If you do not see any availability for your chosen date on our website, this means we are fully committed on this date for your preferred choice.

    The date I want to book is not available / the website is not working.

    Our website is functioning normally and currently showing live availability, if the day you wish to join us is not showing availability this means we are already fully committed, please select another date.

    Am I able to swim around the full 360-degree infinity pool and enjoy all the views, or only the view where I have reserved?

    The view you reserve is where your seating will be allocated, you will be able to walk and swim around the entire 360-degree infinity pool and experience all the views.

    Am I required to pay for my tickets in advance?

    As a tourist destination in very high demand, we require a full pre-payment of your tickets (and minimum spend if applicable) in advance to secure your tickets. We recommend you secure your tickets via our website which will allow you to select the best experience for you.

    Are pool entrance tickets redeemable?

    All ticket prices include access to the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool and your allocated seating. You also have access to our changing facilities and a single pool towel per person is included for use during your experience. All food and beverage will be charged in addition at the end of your experience. For guests with a pre-paid minimum spend your food and beverage consumption shall be deducted accordingly.

    What is the pricing of your pool tickets and does the price vary depending on the day?

    We offer a wide range of experiences at AURA each with a different price. All pool deck tickets include access to the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool. Your ticket price varies depending on your chosen seating and view. The price does not vary based on the day of the week.

    Is there a cancellation policy?

    Tickets may be cancelled with a full refund, if more than 14 days advance notice is given. Refunds/ Amendments are not permitted under any circumstance outside of the cancellation and amendment policy. This includes, but is not limited to, change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances related to Covid-19 which might prevent you from visiting.

    Is advance notice required to amend the reservation?

    7 days advance notice is required to amend your confirmed ticket date. Amendments may be made up to 60 days in advance and a maximum of 2 changes are permitted per booking, and subject to availability. Any difference in price for the selected date is due at time of amendment, please note refunds are not permitted for any amendments.

    Can I amend my reservation if I do not like the weather on my chosen date?

    AURA can be enjoyed in all weather conditions. We are not responsible for any inclement weather conditions, and we reserve the right to relocate your seating to a different view than booked if we are forced to limit access to any view for the enjoyment and wellbeing of our guests and team.

    Does AURA provide complimentary towels and locker facilities?

    Guests are provided with 1 complimentary towel each for use during your experience and full changing facilities are available, with lockers, dryers and showers.
    Bathrobes, Slippers and additional towels are available for purchase or rental at an additional charge.

    May I bring my own refreshments to AURA?

    For health and safety reasons, food and beverages are not permitted to be brought into AURA. We offer a full a la carte menu that can be purchased throughout your experience. Please do not bring any food or beverage to the venue.

    Does the indoor lounge include pool access?

    All indoor lounge experiences are excluding pool access. Reserved tables are located indoors, and guests have the opportunity to walk outdoors and experience the views, but pool access is not included.

    Is the experience price for the indoor lounge redeemable?

    Yes, all indoor lounge experiences (with no pool access) are fully redeemable towards food and beverages.

    Does AURA provide parking?

    We offer complimentary valet parking through the St Regis hotel. If using Goole Maps, then enter St Regis The Palm as your destination.

    Is AURA associated with a hotel?

    We are located in The Palm Tower. AURA is not connected in anyway to any hotel. If you are a guest of a hotel in the same building, then advance tickets are still required. St Regis hotel guests may reach out to our reservations team in order to avail special rates.

    Does AURA offer any discounts?

    AURA is not currently offering any special discounts or promotions and valid tickets can only be purchased via our website auraskypool.com or by reaching out to our reservations team. AURA is not liable for any tickets purchased via other channels.

    Does AURA offer food and beverages?

    Our menu is inspired by the cosmopolitan collection of international sharing-style dishes with a Pan Asian spin to complement the destination’s vibrant atmosphere.

    Does the menu have vegetarian/vegan options?

    Vegetarian and Vegan options are available on our menu and our team will be happy to discuss any dietary concerns during your visit.

    When can I place my last food and beverage orders during my experience?

    Our kitchen closes 30 minutes before the end of your booked experience and our bar closes 15 minutes before the end of your experience.

    Is there an option to order food and beverage during Rise with AURA?

    Absolutely, our Breakfast menu is served from 7am during our Rise experience and beverages can be ordered from 6am.

    Does AURA serve Shisha?

    We do not serve any Shisha, all outdoor areas are suitable for smoking.

    How deep is AURA’s pool?

    The pool is the same depth of 1.25m / 4.1ft the full way around and is temperature controlled.

    Does AURA have an age policy?

    Guests below 15 years old are not allowed access to AURA at any time of the day. After 7pm, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA SKYPOOL without any refund. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

    Can I enjoy AURA with my children?

    Is smoking permitted at AURA?

    Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, no smoking is permitted in the indoor areas. We do not serve Shisha at AURA. Smoking of Cigars will not be allowed at AURA SKYPOOL.

    Does AURA offer wheelchair access?

    Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue, for guests reserving the outdoor areas, we suggest the City View for easiest access. If you or your guests require any special assistance during your visit we kindly ask you to reach out in advance to ensure we are best prepared for your arrival.
    There are no access ramps into the pool. Access is only via the steps or ladders.

    Is there a DJ at AURA?

    For the afternoon and evening experiences, AURA’s resident DJ’s play a variety of deep house.

    Which swimwear is required to enter the pool?

    Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny any guest in inappropriate attire. Acceptable swimwear: any piece of clothing specifically designed as swimwear. one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedo’s, rash guard’s, board shorts and burkini’s. Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate. A wide range of swimwear is available for purchase in our boutique.

    Is swimwear available to purchase at AURA?

    Yes, we offer a wide variety of male and female swimwear, apparel, accessories as well as many thoughtful AURA gifting ideas to take home.
